COGNOS-IBM Launch Performance Management Experience Workshop co-Developed by PMSI & Aline

In conjunction with COGNOS and IBM, the Strategy and Performance team at PMSI and Aline have launched the Performance Management Experience Workshop, an event aimed at offering participants a full business intelligence experience

The Performance Management Experience Workshop is a hands-on event that parachutes senior finance and IT professionals into executive roles of a fictitious company. In a simulated business experience of meeting aggressive revenue targets, the Workshop takes attendees through standard business decisions to show how performance management provides real-world advantages that can be used every day to:

1. Establish the plan
2. Weigh options
3. Assess impacts
4. Make decisions
5. Understand the outcomes
