United House offers contracting, development and financing solutions predominantly to a local authority and RSL customer base across London & SE. Historically United House was a heating and Decent Homes contractor, and in recent years the business has turned to development of new social, affordable and private housing, specialising in complex regeneration schemes.
PMSI provided commercial due diligence to the vendors, management, LDC and the Royal Bank of Scotland on this transaction.
