Real and Comprehensive Performance Simulation

PMSI has been selected by a major Plc client to conduct a performance improvement assessment using its unique ‘strategic database’ methodology.

PMSI will build a ‘strategic database’ using order/transaction level data from the bottom up with various complex measures and analyses. A ‘real-time’ data simulation will evaluate ‘what if’ scenarios to understand various performance options. Strategies such as minimum order size, tail rationalisation, customer risk exposure, tail pricing and service changes etc. will be evaluated to quantify possible profit improvements.
