Sovereign Capital has acquired Quadron Property Services Limited (“Quadron”), as the second transaction for its reactive maintenance provider Renovo Services Group (“Renovo”). Established in 1993, Quadron is a leading provider of building fabric maintenance services with a wide portfolio of contracts across the South West of England and Wales. Quadron provides reactive maintenance services to the social housing sector and selected commercial customers.

The addition of Quadron to Renovo broadens the group’s service offering to deliver both reactive gas maintenance services, provided by 1st Saxon-Clenmay acquired in July 2008, and now reactive fabric maintenance services to local authority and commercial customers across the South of England and Wales. The complementary service offering and ideal geographic fit delivers critical mass to Renovo, creating the largest independent provider in the region.
